YCGN is the autonomous body in various countries of an international confederation of charitable national youth NGOs. Constituting the YCGN GROUP, the confederation as a whole shares common values as a family of concerned young Global Citizens working together in Changemaking. The YCGN group works for just, sustainable and peaceful solutions to the problems and concerns of young peoples and their communities all over the World. The group currently comprises YCGN.GH (Ghana), YCGN.UK (Britain) and YCGN.D (Germany).

The confederation works with disadvantaged children and youths, paying special attention to those most at risk of exclusion, crime and other types of anti-social behaviour. We help to create alternatives that improve the quality of life. We offer a broad range of Youth Empowerment and Community Regeneration programmes with priority for Global Citizenship educational activities, including those of artistic creativity, recreation, entertainment, games and sports which encourage Lifelong Learning.
